the room was clean and well-provided. the canapés and drinks at the start of the evening were lovely (i really enjoyed the selection). the dinner had great service. the band kept everyone dancing, and lots of photos were shared after the event.
i understand that budget hotels don't attract top staff, but the front of house team needs further training.

The room was quite tidy. I also appreciated the availability of tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast was plentiful, a GOOD way to start the day.
Our double bed felt narrow and not the most comfortable. The flat, hard pillows did NOT promote good sleep. I noticed a missing handle to hold when exiting the shower. This seemed a bit dangerous.

The high tea significantly increased in price. I expected improvement in quality to justify the increase, but it was the same. There was no filter decaf coffee. They only provided hot water and two sachets..

the room was quiet it was also a good size. the room included two double beds. i found the car parking good. there was plenty of space.
i woke up to screaming and shouting at 1am. i heard running in the hallway and banging doors. the disturbance continued for a while with no intervention.
